The engineer behind the PACTO platform
Gabriel Eduardo O. Castro is a Systems Engineer from Universidad de Antioquia and holds a Master's in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
He has more than twenty years of experience in the design, development, analysis, implementation and direction of software solutions built to respond to the real needs of people and organizations.
Throughout his career he has taken part in technology migration processes, information systems analysis, application development, project management, development team evaluation, software testing and quality assurance.
His professional experience has spanned Colombia, Canada and Spain, allowing him to work with users, technical teams and organizations across diverse cultural and operational contexts.
As co-founder of PACTO Resolución, Gabriel is the engineer responsible for the platform and its technology development. His role is to translate the project's psychological, human and methodological vision into a digital architecture capable of facilitating conversations, organizing processes and supporting the building of agreements.
He also coordinates the work of a technology team distributed between Colombia and Spain, responsible for the design, development, integration, validation and evolution of the platform.
