Voluntary Contribution Terms

These terms explain the nature of the voluntary contributions made to support the development of PACTO Resolución.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the voluntary financial contributions that anyone may make to support the development, research, validation and expansion of the PACTO Resolución project.

2. Voluntary and non-profit nature

The contribution is voluntary and made without expectation of return. It is made freely, without any obligation and without any conditions attached.

It does not constitute an investment and does not grant shares, equity, rights over PACTO Resolución, returns or future financial benefits.

No product or service is delivered in exchange for the contribution.

3. Tax treatment for the contributor

At present, these contributions do not grant the contributor the tax benefits associated with donations made to entities under patronage-oriented tax regimes.

4. Use of contributions

Contributions received may be used for the development and improvement of the platform, research and validation of methodologies, pilot projects, studies on communication, human relationships and technology, the creation of educational resources, security, privacy and user experience, and initiatives that, where possible, help people and families in need to access PACTO.

It is not stated that each individual contribution is necessarily allocated to a specific activity.

5. Recipient of contributions

During this initial stage of the project, contributions are received by Ricardo Pineda Vélez, founder of PACTO Resolución, using his current tax identification in Spain.

Contributions will be recorded and documented in accordance with applicable tax and accounting obligations.

Once PACTO Resolución has its definitive receiving corporate structure, this information will be updated.

6. Proof of contribution

Once a contribution has been successfully processed, a proof of contribution will be issued and sent by email to the address provided by the contributor, including the date, amount, transaction identifier and any legally required information.

This document is not considered an invoice.

7. Data protection

The data provided will be processed solely to process the contribution, issue the proof of contribution and comply with applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.

8. Refunds and contact

Any question, request for clarification or issue related to a contribution can be communicated by writing to us through the site's contact page.

9. Current status

The contribution processing system is currently in preparation. Until it is enabled, no charge or payment is made through this site.
